The hospital’s board of directors’ serve as the governing body of the hospital. The board is responsible for oversight of the entire hospital.
Dr. John Tole, OGW
Chair of the Audit Committee
Dr. John Tole serves on the Hospital Management Board of Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital as Chair of the Audit Committee; Chair of the Implementation and Service Delivery Committee; Member of the Quality and Healthcare Services Committee; and Member of the Public, Private Partnership Committee.
Dr. Tole is a Paediatrician and Health Systems Consultant. His professional accomplishments include clinical practice as a paediatrician with interest in respiratory medicine; academics, having served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health and Associate Dean Clinical Affairs at the Aga Khan University; healthcare leadership and management, as Medical Director and Chief of Medical Staff at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi. As Health Systems Consultant he aspires to develop health systems supporting provision of excellent clinical services and health academics accessible to a deserving population.
